Welcome and thank you for attending this year’s show.

We will have people on hand to accommodate your unit’s needs throughout the day.  The following are rules and guidelines for the show…please review them with your unit before arriving on campus: 

1. Obviously, no smoking, alcohol, or drugs on school property.
2. Each school will be given a classroom to use for changing, storage, etc…Please do not allow members of your unit to touch anything that doesn’t belong to them.  Do not use the blackboards, go into desks, use the computers, etc…  You will be supplied with a trash bag when you arrive.  Please use this bag for trash and leave it at your room door when you are finished.  If you are not currently assigned a room, you will be assigned a room upon your arrival at Whitehall HS.
3. Any electronic equipment in the room is not to be turned on or used.
4. Parents will be on hand to direct the buses and trucks to the appropriate entrances for loading and unloading.  To keep the flow, we ask that equipment trucks use the cordoned-off area at the outside front of the gym to load equipment as soon as the unit is finished performing.  Floor coverings can be folded on the tennis courts or open grassy areas located outside the gym.
5. No food or drink is permitted in the gym.
6. The judges’ meeting will be held in the bandroom located behind the auditorium. 
7. To restrict the amount of congestion in the hallways, we are asking that the hallways be used for participants/instructors/chaperones only.  Any student needing to meet up with a parent or non-chaperoning adult should meet them in the cafeteria or lobby area only.
8. Once your unit is finished performing, please vacate your room within one hour so it can be cleaned and secured quickly for the next group.
