Current News! July 27th, 2010 A Message from the WMPA President To All Marching Band And Color Guard Parents: We need all parents to help in some way. Without any volunteers to run things or chaperone there is no way there will be a Band season this year. Anyone who is interested in these positions please contact me ASAP at lawn@enter.net. I know everyone is busy and on Summer vacations but we need to get things in order to a successful season this year. The web site is being updated and I am looking to use the parent section of infosys. When I found out I will let everyone know. Any questions don't hesitate to contact me at lawn@enter.net. Here is a list of positions that need parents to be the Chairperson(s): 1.) Head Chaperone(s)- Can be handled by 2 parents. This is VERY important. Without any chaperones there is no Band Season. 2.)Fund Raising Committee-Needs one Board member and 2 parents. This group will pick and set approximate dates for fundraisers and then ask parents to help run the fundraisers. 3.)MIM Head Chaperone(s)- Again, can be two parents. The show is set for Sept 25th. Thank You, Lee-Anne Null - WMPA President
