Hello everyone!

Now that the holidays are over, and winter sports are in full swing, our snack stand duties have shifted to the indoors.  In order to keep our profitable outdoor snack stand at football games, we need to help run the indoor snack stand for the boys and girls basketball games.  The athletic association covers this stand for the first half of the basketball season, and the WMPA/MZB covers the second half of the season (10 games this year).  Family members and band students are all welcome to volunteer.

Any shifts worked by a student will earn a $5.00 credit to the student's account!  Middle school marching band members may volunteer ONLY IF the member's parent is volunteering for the same shift. 

New this year is picking up the pretzels from Philly Pretzel.  They should be picked up at 4:45.  No need to pay for them because the Athletic Department will be billed.

Report time for basketball games is 5:00.  We stay until after the half time of the Varsity game (usually around 8:30).  

This is a relatively stress free snack stand.  The only cooking involved is hot dogs on the grill.  Other items sold include pretzels, candy, soda/water, pizza, and Chick-Fil-A sandwiches.  The pizza and Chick-Fil-A are delivered and billed to the Athletic Department.  The pizza delivery driver will need to be tipped $10 from the cash box.  Be sure to get the receipts for the food delivered.
