Home Show Help Needed - Saturday 10/26/19

MZB Parents,

Please see below from WMPA President Lori Skibo regarding our upcoming Home Show competition on October 26th.  This is an "all hands on deck" event!  It takes a great deal of people and preparation to pull off a top-notch show, and it's important that we do a great job as hosts to show everyone who visits why Whitehall is a show they want to come back to year after year.  Thank you in advance for helping to make our show a success!

Hello fellow band parents!

October is here!  And so is our quickly approaching 2019 Home Show on Saturday, October 26th!  This is a huge event for the band and for the Whitehall-Coplay school district.  We will need all of your support that day.  We are hoping to have a minimum of one person per family signing up to volunteer.  Grandparents, aunts, uncles and siblings are all welcome to help out as well! There are two Sign Up Genius links below.  One is for volunteering and the second is for food donations.  These donations will go to the LGI room in the high school for a Hospitality Room set up for the judges and band directors.  If you have any questions in regards to the Home Show, please reach out to me at loriskibo0506@gmail.com and/or attend our next parent meeting on Tuesday, October 8th at 7:30pm in the HS cafeteria.   Thank you all so much for all of your support!  You have truly made this a fantastic season so far!  As always, we couldn’t do this without you!
