Hello fellow band parents!

Thank you so much for those who were able to attend last night’s WMPA meeting!  And thank you to the many parents who reached out to me to let me know they were unable to attend but offered their help with the upcoming Home Show Competition!  Stay tuned for several Sign Up Genius links coming soon with signups for food donations and volunteer positions for the Home Show on Saturday, October 26th.  This is a HUGE event for our school and for the MZB.  We will need volunteers to help with the snack stand, ticket sales, directing spectator traffic, directing the buses, directing the bands through the campus, etc.   Please sign up to help us!  Sign up your spouses and MZB grandparents as well!  We will need “all hands on deck” that day!

Below is a link for food donations for next week’s home game against Freedom on Friday, 9/20.  Thank you in advance for your support!

Next weekend is also the MZB’s first competition on Saturday, 9/21 at Spring-Ford High School.  We would like to continue this amazing MZB spirit and have as many parents, friends and family cheering on our kids that day. That alone can make all the difference in their performance to feel that support as they are walking on the field.  We would like to offer some carpooling options to help out anyone who would like to attend but can’t drive, doesn’t have someone to go with or would just like to hang for the day with some other awesome MZB parents!  We already have three drivers available. We can meet at the high school at a time TBD.  Please text or email me with your interest in carpooling and/or driving.

As always, thank you so much for all of your support!  We are extremely grateful for all the food donations, water donations and offers to volunteer and chaperone.  We, of course, have wonderful, talented and hard-working children and an amazingly dedicated staff but YOU, the tired and busy parents, play such an important role in the MZB success.  We couldn’t do it without you!  Thanks again!
