I have sent out tickets for our upcoming Flapjack Fundraiser. I will also be sending paper tickets, along with a flyer, to school and Mr. Tanzos will distribute to each band member. Please collect the money as you sell the tickets; money and final guest count will be needed no later than January 23, 2019. In addition, please write the names of the student (seller) on the ticket. I will send a reminder email and further instructions when we are closer to the event.
Please keep in mind we will need 14 volunteers (4 of which must be 18 or older) to make our event a success. Signup Genius will be sent closer to the event.

Please contact me directly for tickets. Some parents like to take orders for tickets and contact me when they have the total number of tickets they will need, while other parents like to have tickets "on hand" and sell them as they go. Whatever works best for you! We are going to give kids $5, in their student accounts, per ticket they sell for BASKET Bingo. We need your help in making this event a success for the band. A SignUp Genius will be sent out in early February for donations of baskets, gift cards, food, baked goods and volunteers.
