PM ; Chaperones needed at the band room by 4:30 PM.

Please
note that there will be Cavalcade Championship apparel on-site for
purchase. Time will be given upon our arrival to shop at the vendors.
Please bring money with you if you plan to purchase anything.
ALL students MUST bring a packed dinner to eat after our brief rehearsal and before we leave!

BATTLE PLAN for Sunday, November 11
Cavalcade Championships
@ J. Birney Crum Stadium
3:00 pm – School open; set up equipment
3:30 pm – 2 Run throughs at parking lot
4:00 pm – Load equipment truck; Eat packed dinner; Change into
“Partial Uniform”
5:15 pm – Depart for J. Birney Crum Stadium
5:30 pm – Arrive at J. Birney Crum Stadium; Visit apparel vendors at stadium
6:00 pm – Unload equipment; warm-up
8:00 pm – Whitehall MZB performance
8:15 pm – Group photo after performance; load truck (time permitting)
9:15 pm – Awards Ceremony
10:00 pm – Depart for home
10:15 pm – Estimated arrival time home…ALL members must stay at
the school until the equipment truck is completely unloaded. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
A list of things all members should bring with them for the entire
day:
- Instrument/Equipment
- Marching Shoes
- Under-uniform wear
- Gloves
- Make-up / Hair products (Colorguard)
- Raincoat
- Snack/Packed Dinner for after practice/bus ride
- Sweatshirt or jacket
- There are also apparel vendors at the show, if you want to purchase Championship t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.

come prepared, be flexible, and let’s work together so that we can reach our
fullest potential!
