Please see below from our WMPA Trip Coordinator Melissa Angst regarding this year's MZB Spring Trip! Please note that participation in this trip is purely optional. We ask that EVERYONE please completes the Google Form below -- regardless of if you plan to participate or not -- so that we may have an accurate estimate on how many people will be attending. Once again, adult family members are welcome to join us on the trip, provided they have clearances on file with the district. However, due to school policy, we cannot have any non-band student children attend.
Thank you and I hope that you will join us for a great day together with the MZB in the Spring!
Mark your calendars for April 27 and join us for a fun-filled day visiting the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ, exploring Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia, and cruising the Delaware River aboard the Spirit of Philadelphia (tentative battle plan is below). We are waiting for final approval from the board but don’t believe this will be an issue.
The cost will be $180-$200 per person (final number to be provided once we know how many people are going). If you would like to join us, we need confirmation and a deposit of $65 per person by November 9. A second payment of $54 will be due by January 9, and the balance will be due on March 15. Student account money can be used for all or part of the payments.
I haven’t done Google Forms before…..but there is a link at the bottom of this email that I hope works. Please register ASAP.
