We are down to ONE FINAL DAY to submit completed paperwork, as it
is due TOMORROW, TUESDAY, JUNE 12TH! (with the exception of the
chaperone availability form). A big THANK YOU to those who have
successfully handed in all of your paperwork!

are copies of all of the forms, as well as a spreadsheet of paperwork collected as of 2 PM on Monday, so you can see if you still owe
anything.
Please note, many of you have handed
in your hard copy papers...but still need to complete the online Member
Information form. Please be sure to click the link below and complete
the form.

Paperwork
may be placed in my mailbox in the main office (at either the HS or
MS), put on my desk (at HS or MS), handed to me personally, or scanned
and e-mailed. Please, please, please, please, please make sure all
paperwork is handled before the end of the day tomorrow!
Lastly, a
reminder that Summer Session rehearsals on June 20, July 5, and July 17
are mandatory, but excusable with advance notification. Please let me
know ASAP if you will not be present on any of those dates.
