We will be hosting an "All you can eat Spaghetti Dinner" Fundraiser on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at St. Johns U.C.C. (see attached flyer for more info). Please use the attached flyer to "advertise" our event.
I will be distributing tickets to each student/family at our upcoming mandatory parent meeting. We ask that each student makes an effort to sell a minimum of 3 tickets for this fundraising opportunity. Proceeds from this fundraiser will support the WMPA (Whitehall Music Parents Assoc.)
The menu is as follows:
All you can eat spaghetti/meatball
tossed salad with choice of Italian or Ranch dressing
bread and butter
Ice Water, lemonade and iced tea, coffee/decaf
dessert will be available for a donation
We are also hoping to have a few band students entertaining us throughout the evening. :)
